KVPY Fellowship Award – 2018

Following is the provisional list of candidates in the order of merit, recommended for the Award of KVPY Fellowship-2018. The merit list is based on the marks obtained by a Candidate: 75 % of the marks in the Aptitude Test + 25 % of the marks in the Interview.

The marks of all the candidates who appeared for the Aptitude Test & Interview (as applicable) can be     obtained from the KVPY website during last week  of April 2019 by logging in with the application number and date of birth.

The Award of KVPY Fellowship will be  subject to verification of the required documents.

In case of SA candidates, the fellowship will be effective from 1st August 2020, provided they pursue an undergraduate course in Basic Sciences, namely B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Neurosciences, Bioinformatics, Marine Biology, Geology, Human Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Physics, Geophysics, Materials Science or Environmental Science.

In case of SX/SB candidates, the fellowship will be effective from 1st August 2019 provided they pursue an undergraduate course in Basic Sciences in branches mentioned above for SA candidates.

The candidates are required to intimate the KVPY office by email (fellowship.kvpy@iisc.ac.in) about their admission to the undergraduate program by 5th September 2019, so as to enable this office  to forward the required forms for the candidates to fill up and submit to activate the KVPY fellowships.
