Following are the Bonus Marks as declared by the MOM authorities for Wrong Questions in the Stage 1 examination of Std 5,6,7,8,9,10

• Std V – 1 Mark (Qu no. 82)

• Std VI – 2 Marks (Qu no. 71 and 83)

• Std VII – 2 Marks (Qu no 27 & 66)

• Std VIII – 2 Marks (Qu no 43 & 97)

• Std IX – 7 Marks (Qu no 69,75,86,87,88,89 & 97)

• Std X – 1 Mark (Qu no 84)

Stage 1 Result will be out on 20th Dec 2014

Indian Institute of Science (IISc), IIT-Bombay make it to top 40 in Varsity Rankings by BRICS & Emerging Economies Rankings 2015

The Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore) is India’s top ranked university but stands at 25 in a ranking of universities from BRICS and other emerging economies according to new data. The rankings show that India now has four universities in the top 40 – IISc, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee and Panjab University, Chandigarh – and seven more in the top 100.
